Desired Qualifications: Minimum of 5-10 years of related business finance experience.     Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred. Strong proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel. Exhibits positive attitude and drive with the ability to prioritize simultaneous tasks. This position works in a fast-paced office environment alongside the company Controller & Project Manager, with a range of responsibilities including: Coordinate and schedule small service jobs for existing high-end clients Manage seasonal “turn-on/turn-off” services (irrigation, pest control, etc.) Enter contractor invoices, employee time, and credit card charges into QuickBooks Prepare and send invoices for small jobs; assist with larger project billing Run weekly check batches and reconcile accounts monthly Maintain digital records of invoices, insurance certificates, and project documents Support budget reporting, insurance audits, and annual tax preparation Communicate with subcontractors and clients to ensure seamless service Desired Qualifications: 3+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience.
