South Dennis , Massachusetts Direct Hire Nov 21, 2025 Landscape Our client, a successful full-service landscape contractor servicing Cape Cod residential and commercial clients for nearly 30 years is looking for a Maintenance Account Manager to join their team. The Account Manager will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships. They will be expected to manage a book of business and sell additional work to existing clients. The Account Manager should be driven, detail-oriented and naturally customer service focused. Areas of responsibility include:

Quality Assurance: Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. Take proactive measures to address concerns or complaints and ensure that quality standards are met.
Business Development: Lead sales efforts by providing information about additional services, promotions, and upselling opportunities to clients. Actively promote company offerings to enhance client satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of client-facing landscape management experience.
Proven success in landscape account management and sales.
Knowledge and understanding of landscape industry standards and practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on customer service.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.

Lead all work on residential construction sites to ensure compliance with design, project specifications, regulations and safety codes.

Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of construction management experience, ideally with high-end custom homes. 5+ years of experience preferred for higher end of salary range.
High School Diploma.
Unrestricted Massachusetts CSL preferred but not required to start.
OSHA 30 certification, First Aid, and CPR preferred.
Strong knowledge of home construction including relevant building codes and plans.
Ability to read understand and implement adjustments to architectural and structural blueprints, off-site improvement plans and soil reports.
Experience with construction scheduling preferred.
Experience with management software (e.g., BuilderTrend) preferred.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Resolve day-to-day project issues with the Construction Manager.
Support and train junior staff, including Assistant PMs.
Manage RFIs and submittals with the design team.
Oversee safety compliance and subcontractor adherence.
Maintain open and professional communication with clients and architects throughout construction.
Post-Construction
Execute substantial completion walkthroughs, punch lists, and documentation sign-off.
Final reconciliation of allowances and change orders.
Issue final client billing.
Oversee and manage warranty phase and documentation.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Unrestricted Massachusetts CSL (Construction Supervisor License) preferred.
